Nine Inch Nails Set to Return in 2016 [img:$uid]http://i.imgur.com/6FRrUXC.jpg?1[/img:$uid]
12.21.2015
Nine Inch Nails may have missed out on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2016, but it looks like Trent Reznor will be very busy next year regardless.
"New NIN coming in 2016," Reznor tweeted. "Other stuff, too."
Reznor's last album was his soundtrack for the 2014 film Gone Girl, but Nine Inch Nails hasn't released a new album since 2013's Hesitation Marks, which debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 and received a nomination for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2014 Grammys.
Hesitation Marks is also the subject of a new, 320-page limited-edition book called Cargo in the Blood, which includes artwork that artist Russell Mills created for the album.

doesn't 'return' sort of imply that nine inch nails has been 'gone'? i mean, i saw the 'farewell' tour in '09 and there have been multiple albums/tours/shows since then...attention spans are getting shorter and shorter... |

I just hope it's better than Hesitation Marks. I honestly do not like that album, save for one or two songs. The first and only NIN album I can't play start to finish. God, it's awful lol. |
