Aliens We have noticed that there is some confusion on an album release called "Alien". Please be aware that this is NOT a Portishead release. The band are in the studio working on new material now but no release dates are scheduled as yet. to this. I've enjoyed Dummy and Portishead extremely well, but I've worn them out a bit in the process. I need some new Beth Gibbons evil heliumed minnie mouse crooning soon. "Out Of Season" is a cool quiet album, but it's not really like the diabolical depression pit that was Portishead. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Actually Beth Gibbons will be touring well into the summer to support her album with Rustin Man. While she is on tour she has been sent some music by Geoff Barrow to write to. Work on the next Portishead album will resume in the fall. | |
