Yes that is a man interviewing her.

Remember the fracas that was caused a couple years ago when BET did a last minute balk at the fashion decisions made by one of their on-air hosts for the BET Awards? That was B Scott.

Apparently what K. Michelle had was fat-replacement surgery, where they take fat from other parts of your body and inject it into your derriere.

Kim and Chloe Kardashian are "rumoured" to have had this procedure.
