R.I.P. Marlo Henderson, session guitarist extraordinaire

Henderson played on sessions for artists as diverse as: Cher, The Gap Band Band, Seals & Croft, Bette Midler, Patti LaBelle, Janet Jackson, Minnie Ripperton, Michael Jackson, Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, Tom Jones, Marvin Gaye, Buddy Miles, Diana Ross, The Pointer Sisters and many more.

One great example of his playing can be heard on the late Buddy Miles' "Paul B. Allen" of which there is an audio clip on You Tube.

RJOrion	I remember on occasions hearing songs and listening to the guitar parts and thinking, "thats Al McKay from EW&F"...and i would read album liner notes, and it would be Marlo Henderson...great rhythm guitarist...
