The 3 day event called The Arizona Jazz Festival that was supposed to have happened starting on Friday, October 23rd and end tomorrow on Sunday, October 25th didn't happen.

Artists that were supposed to appear were:

Anthony Hamilton, Babyface, Keith Sweat, Jodeci, Blackstreet, Dru Hill, Mint Condition, Toni Braxton, Maxwell, Kem, Common, The Roots and Erykah Badu and more.

The promoters cancelled the event on October 16th and to date no refunds have been isssued as people were coming from all over the country.

Yeah sounds likr a major scam. I know two of the artist you metioned (Babyface and Sweat) are in Houston noe and have been scheduled here for some time.
