Adele can sing her ass off, period.

But I guess she's not "edgy" enough? No gimmicks? Not enough drama/stunts? No twitter beefs or tabloid stories?

Just heard it on radio after giving it a break lol

The impressive vocals definitely does a good job of hiding the average song and its unimaginative (and somewhat silly) lyrics.

Is a bad song, and if you compare it with her first single of her last record... well she falls very short

After hearing the song myself, I gotta say I ain't feeling it

Definitely weaker than "Rolling in the Deep".

25 will essentially be to Adele what Bad was to MJ; the follow up to their most commercially successful album and the most commercially successful album of a given period in music that they shouldn't bend over backwards in hopes of outdoing.

I will be so mad if they made Adele record a "Hey Ya pt. 3" after the success of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off".

"Shake It Off" was "Hey Ya pt. 2" and all you people bitching about a boring ballad better count your blessings that "Hello" or the next single is not "Hey Ya pt. 3".

Never mind... I forgot what MJ's lead single off the album was. I thought it was "Bad", sorry about that.

"I Just Can't Stop Loving You" was decent as a song but an awful choice for a lead single. At least "The Girl is Mine" had the starpower to carry it to a high chart position which MJ planned but I don't know what he was thinking with "IJCSLY".

I rest my case. 25 is definitely Adele's Bad! We'll see if she dons a leather jacket and dances with a gang in a London subway next lol

Adele Opens Up About Music, Motherhood and Madonna in Candid Interview
November 2015

The Adele surprises keep on coming!

On the heels of breaking records with her impactful hit "Hello," Adele debuted her new cover of Rolling Stone magazine via Twitter on Tuesday morning. True to form, the 27 year old is as candid in her interview as she is in song, touching on everything from her body to wanting Rihanna in her squad.

"Would I show my body off if I was thinner? Probably not, because my body is mine," she tells the magazine. "But sometimes I'm curious to know if I would have been as successful if I wasn't plus-size. I think I remind everyone of themselves. Not saying everyone is my size, but it's relatable because I'm not perfect, and I think a lot of people are portrayed as perfect, unreachable and untouchable."

he topic reminds her of an annoying question she often hears: "I've been asked, 'Would you do Playboy?' so many f------ times, it's ridiculous," she tells the magazine. "And is that because I'm a woman or because I'm fat?"

The hitmaker says she couldn't help but notice the public's reaction to Chris Pratt's physical transformation over the past couple years.

"What I found really interesting was the big, big deal that was made out of Chris Pratt," Adele says. "When he lost all of his weight, it was, 'Oh, my God, who would have known he was so f------ fit?' It was a lot of attention on when he used to be bigger. I've never seen that with a guy."

With all the attention placed on her after her last album 21 took off in 2011, Adele says she soon found herself connecting with old friends – "I needed them big time," she explains – but her squad is not similar to Taylor Swift's famous group.

"I've heard about a squad," she tells the magazine with a humorous snort. "I wishmy squad was all supermodels. We are, in our brains. I guess I have my own squad. It's not as interesting as some of the other squads that are around right now."

She adds, "But maybe Rihanna can be in my squad! That would be really cool. Oh, God. She's life itself, isn't she? I love her."

Adele also mentions Madonna, whose 1998 album Ray of Light partly inspired Adele's forthcoming release 25, out Nov. 20. (Preorder here.) Now a mom to Angelo James Konecki, 3 – her son with partner Simon Konecki – Adele says she can relate to Madonna's perspective from that specific era of her storied career.

"You know what I found so amazing about that record?" Adele says. "That's the record Madonna wrote after having her first child, and for me, it's her best. I was so all over the place after having a child, just because my chemicals were just hitting the f------ roof and s--- like that."

For Adele, giving birth in 2012 presented artistic challenges at first.

"I was just drifting away," she explains, "and I couldn't find that many examples for myself where I was like, 'F---, they truly came back to themselves,' until someone was like, 'Well, obviously, Ray of Light.'"

As for which songs may have impacted Adele the most, the songwriter mentions "Frozen," saying, "I took that song as, 'I've gotten my confidence to come and do me again.'"

Adele has found the buildup to the album has taken away her time with her son, which she says makes her feel guilty.

"He's a little angel," she says of her boy. "All the things I really like about myself, he brings out in me, and he's the only person that tells me no. He completely rules me. He's the boss of me, and it's so funny for other people to watch, because I'm the boss of everything in my work life."

Great she loves Ray Of Light, and her favorite song Frozen, it's one of Madonna's best song. She seem very real about what she says.
