I hope composer's nephew/family wins this case. It has been ridiculously pro-longed. But the real blame shouldn't be on Jay Z, its Timbaland.

He did the same thing with Aaliyah, sampling Arab classics and not crediting them. Make them seem like he composed them when he didn't.
