It's the whole reason I bought the "Jackie Brown" soundtrack (which was a great buy, all excellent tracks). Shockingly, I don't have any Womack CDs. Can anyone made a good recomendation? I'd love to have a CD with "110th St" but haven't seen one. I don't think it was a hit. Were did it originally come from. | |

it wuz the theme song 2 a movie of the same name, some blaxplotation flick...dunno much else | |

i've got "the Soul of Bobby Womack: Stop on By" which is a greatest hits collect of his 1970s recordings and it includes both the regular version of "across 100th street" as well as the acoustic demo version (which kicks some major ass)... there ain't a bad cut on this one... y'all should pick it up...
