Recommend some good 90s female R&B tracks

Other than TLC, Monica, Brandy, Aaliyah, Janet and Whitney cause I've heard their albums hundreds of times. I've been listening to Tamia's "So Into You" nonstop for days and I'm in the mood for some arguably better R&B than what we get today.

"Use Your Heart"- SWV (produced by The Neptunes) is one of my favorite R&B songs Ever

"Seven Whole Days (live)-Toni Braxton"

"Rain"-SWV

"Be Happy" and "I'm Goin' Down"- Mary J. Blige

I had to really thing about these five songs. I never realized how male-dominated my 90s musical catalog was until I tried to answer this question.

When she first came out in 1992 with her debut album,I was thinking that she would be the 'Diana Ross' of this generation! She's got a sexy, sultry voice like Diana's.She doesn't scream or try to hit a million notes in one song (lol).

Favorite song by her: "It's Alright" music

Chante should be a Huge Superstar, as well as Shanice...Two AMAZING singers struggling to get a recording deal & gigs...That is beyond SAD...There isnt a Female Vocalist out there that sings better than Chante & Shanice..Not any of them got vocal-game like the two of them..

Although she was at R&B radio, Chante could have easily been rivals with Mimi and Nippy at Pop radio. All had similar singing styles, especially Mimi and Chante (I've played Chante for people and they thought it was Mimi). Sadly, for whatever reason, MCA decided not to promote Chante outside of black radio. disbelief

Had to show this one some love since it was criminally overlooked when it was released back in 1994...

Here's the remix (you know in the 90's you had to have a remix right?) lol
