I don't know much about P.I.C. The only thing i know about them is their album(Water From The Moon)was released in 1985. And as far as i know, it's their only release.

To me, they kinda sound like Missing Persons, except maybe a little less New Wavey. They remind me of one of those bands that you would hear in a 80's movie. Maybe like in the end credits, or in a scene where people are dancing in a club.

Either way, i think they got a pretty good sound. Its strictly 80's, but i find myself digging it. I really like the song The Question. I like PIC so much that i made these three videos especially for this post. There was another PIC video on YT, but it was the full album.
