I was about to post an RIP notice for original Rotary Connection bassist Mitch Alliota (died July 26th of diabetes related problems) when I came across one of the few live recordings that exist of this wonderful Chicago band. This is from the The Texas International Pop Festival on Aug. 30, 1969 and they have Minnie making announcements from the satage before the song gets going.

If you don't have the patience to listen to the whole song- a cover of Ruby Tuesday by the Rolling Stones, pull the slider up to around 7:30 and listen to the last minute of the song where Minnie's gonna take you on a trip in her uppermost register.
