Robin Thicke Returns To Music With His Two-Step Friendly ‘Morning Sun’

One minute Blurred Lines was burning up the charts and totally inescapable. The next, Thicke was getting a divorce from the beautiful Paula Patton, being sued by Marvin Gaye’s family and barely moving any units of his apologetic LP Paula.

Thicke is set to return to music with his eighth studio album slated for release later this year and to put everyone back in the mood, he’s just dropped his newest single “Morning Sun.” The smooth tune is an ode to his main squeeze that was suppose to be just a one-night stand but turned into something more.

It's obvious that Robin is a huge fan of Marvin Gaye,but this song doesn't make me think of any specific Marvin Gaye song.It does has a Marvin Gaye "vibe",but that's it.

Really digging this! Robin has always made pretty good music prior to Blurred Lines.
