Very wild that you should post this, as I've just recently discovered this artist-- been listening to his stuff a lot lately (including this very song) and I just bought one of his albums today.

I bought an import of his "Reasons for Thousand Lovers" album because The System produced two songs on it. One of them, "Okinawa" has a kinda similar vibe to "Don't Disturb This Groove" which is one of my favorite songs ever. I've delved into Toshiki's catalog since then and dude has some JAMS, but it was only recently that I saw that he'd done tracks with cats like Louis Johnson and Al McKay. |

This is FIRE. Got to check out this dude's stuff.
This song reminds me of Uptown Funk in the sense that it exhibits its influences but it's a smooth mix as opposed to the amalgamated structure of UF. That and there's the atmospheric Japanese tone that gives the song an extra kick! [Edited 6/17/15 7:31am]

Sounds great, never heard of him before, thanks for the link. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"
