Teach Me a New Language is the jam. I like that Van is looking back on his own musical exploration and gving us a variety of sounds. I 'm also glad to see solid melodies back in form. That was always his strongest asset. |

I saw Van Hunt in a small club a couple of years ago, and he was terrific. Played all new songs from his current album and they sounded so much better live (although I liked several on the CD). I grabbed a flyer and asked a back-up singer if I could get it signed; Here's how he signed it: "Stop stealing flyers! Van Hunt "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." --Plato
