I am glad fans are dedicated to her and personally, I like "Infinity." But what does it have to do with racism? It's ageism that singers over 40 normally experience on the radio. Calling Mariah's lack of airplay "racist" is an insult to those who have truly been discriminated against.

If you're an artist (especially a female artist) and over 40 years old,good luck getting radio stations to play your new singles.They only care about young artists.

Right. Mariah is just experiencing what 99% of female R&B singers over the age of 40 have to go thru. It's really a combination of racism and ageism. She will probably never be able to depend on radio much any more.

Or maybe it's just the lifespan of a normal career? SIA is 39 but she is certainly hitting her stride on POP radio.

Gwen Stefani was also caught flopping on pop radio. Maybe rock radio is not as harsh?
