Need High Testosterone/Adrenaline Inducing Music for Gym

I went to the gym yesterday trying to lift weights and get pumped, but all I have on my ipod is soft stuff like Kate Bush, Cocteau Twins and Prince and all this stuff that puts me in the mood of either shaking my ass or cutting my vains while taking a bubble bath.

.

The only hard stuff I have are a few select rap songs, a few Tricky songs, and Pantera's Vulgar Display of Power.

.

What do you all listen to when you're trying to get pumped? To get adrenaline and testosterone flowing?

.

I need to look like this by summer time!

Change it one more time..

My favorite work out music is funk of course....It actually helps me forget how much I hate workouts. lol

Slide

Fantastic Voyage

Skin Tight

Fire

Ride the White Horse

Humpin

Early In The Morning

Party Train

Open Sesame

Jungle Boogie

Cosmic Slop

Flashlight

One Nation Under A Groove

When I want to switch up I play some pop songs that I love...

Heart Of Rock and Roll

Who Can It Be Now

Horse With No Name

Hold The Line

I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight

All I Wanna Do Is Have Some Fun

Double Vision

Come Undone

And then there's always WAR! biggrin

I have gotten quite chubby so I've been working hard for the past few months.

Prince, in you I found a kindred spirit...Rest In Paradise.

My playlist for the gym contains usually house and techno, right now i have Underworld, Calvin Harris, Peter Bailey, Tom Novy, Da Hool, Bob Sinclair and Prodigy.

I never listen to prince or funk or anything in the gym. I really doesn´t stimulate my workout.

You teach at a gym? I work near a Cross Fit gym and I see them doing all sorts of crazy stuff there, but I'm more a solo person. I like to have my headphones on and zone out in my own world.

Yeah your music selection is exactly what I need. I warm up with running and for that I dont have a problem. Its more with muscle work that I need to keep my motivation up. Thanks

I like all of the people you listed. I always start with house music or something with a steady beat when I run.

I have estrogen issues and my metabolism seems to have left the building... lol Funk is as hard as I'm willing to go these days.

I'm telling you, if you play the jams i listed you'll be able to lift a truck! You need almost any song by Wendy O. Williams. Those are some serious steroid jams!

You also need Nineteen by Phil Lynott. I would also go for some Megadeth. Hangar 18, Symphony of destruction!

I like to work out to the Stooges albums Fun House and Raw Power. Very testo-inducing and energetic - I can't listen at work because I'd start dancing on the cubicle. And very hypnotic grooves, the kind of thing you can get lost in and just keep pounding away.
