I would have probably voted the same way, only because 80s Neil is totally committed to whatever bonkers idea is in his head at the moment. 90s Prince after TGE sometimes seems like he is mentally checking out. Both have some total gems come out during the period too. Truthfully, that is the only "battle" in the article where I like much of anything.
