Snoop Dogg has already announced that his new album BUSH, will be a full-length collaboration with Pharrell, but now, he's giving fans a first glimpse into the upcoming project.

BUSH is due out this spring via Columbia Records/i am OTHER.

Pharrell is really in love with Kashif's production style and has been for the last few years. He's been using those same drum sounds heavily on his outside production work. When it's good, it knocks though.

I thought is was Slave ("Slide") + Nile Rodgers

"Happy"

The Chorus are sung like Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff" (but he sings it like Burtis Mayfield):

and the musci was just song campy 60's Marvin Gaye type stuff...("Gasp")..

Marvin Gaye's/Motown/ Smokey Robinson Productions "Ain't that Perculier"

"Let's Get Blown" is the pinnacle of their collaboration. I'd be extremely satisfied if there's something on the upcoming album that's even better.

I don't really listen to either, but their collaborations tend to be good. I'm surprised Snoop has enjoyed such longevity without getting stale tbh. He's doing something right.

Change it one more time..

He was, but the rhythm is exactly the same as well as 4 of the 5 words. There's no blurred lines on that wink
