The Amy Winehouse documentary, Amy, now has a U.K. release date and a teaser poster.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will be released in the U.K. on July 3, less than a month before the fourth anniversary of the British singer’s death. The documentary, which was first announced in 2013, was directed by Asif Kapadia and will explore Amy’s life and career using unseen archival footage and previously unreleased tracks.

The film has yet to announce a U.S. distributor. A minute-long trailer for the documentary debuted at Universal Music Group’s pre-Grammy brunch on February 7, but it was not released to the public.

Amy released two critically acclaimed albums in her short, but influential career: 2003’s Frank and 2006’s five-time Grammy award-winning Back to Black. She died of alcohol poisoning on July 23, 2011 at the age of 27.

Just hope the film delivers. Amy took the BAR to the next level - her music is timeless R.I.P neutral
