I just found out that Van Hunt, way back in 2009 released a free EP on myspace called The Lamplighter Series. I can't find this anywhere. The song I really want is the first track Next Year. If someone could hit me up with the whole EP or at least Next Year, I would greatly appreciate it.

I remember he released this for a short amount of time. He tends to post them again when nobody really pays attention to his social media but I haven't been lucky to catch this one.

Half The Fun ended up being released on Count Bass D's album. The song is produced by Van and he sings the chorus. Naturally, being a Van Hunt song. It's fantastic. According to a you tuber, Van said in an interview that it was song he had for sometime, and Count heard it and asked to rap over it.

Some of the songs that Van gave to other artists are just as good as his own. Songs like "Half The Fun", "Hopeless"(Dionne Farris) "Humor" and "Seperate" which he gave to Rahsaaan Patterson. I would LOVE to listen to this dude's vault.
