Okay, so there's this song I been hearing every day on the radio like it's as hot as "Uptown Funk" and actually sounds pretty upbeat and happy.

But this is the hook:

Even God don’t know where we're going,
And I sure as Hell don’t care.
'Cause if you and I could stay this high with Heaven in our headlights,
I Swear that we can make it anywhere.

Now keep in mind this is the chorus repeated several times. I feel like, one line at a time, each cliche phrase sounds sorta normal, but in the end you got "God" "Hell" "Heaven" "Swear" wrapped up in a matter of seconds. No wonder people try to decipher the esoteric meanings of songs because, my goodness, this sounds ... DARKSIDED!

Why does any artist need Jesus? This is a pluralistic society where there is freedom of religion. Some of us are Jewish, some are Muslim, Buddhist or atheist. Not everyone believes in Jesus or should be forced to.

uh- isnt it a bit JUDGEY to say someone needs Jesus? and hadnt you best not judge cause it's not your JOB?
