Singer and R&B Divas cast member Angie Stone has been arrested in Atlanta.

She’s been charged with domestic aggravated assault.

There are no other details about her arrest at this time, according to DeKalb police Capt. Stephen Fore.

I don't know. I know Diamond used to be Angie's back up singer. Lord, Angie's life has been one damn mess after the other....

Earlier news broke that Angie Stone was arrested for domestic violence after allegedly attacking her daughter in Dekalb County.

According to police reports, Angie Stone claims that her daughter punched hermultiple times, and as a result Angie knocked her two front teeth out with a metal stand. Angie’s daughter released a statement and pictures of her broken teeth. LAWD! Angie is cray-cray!

“Here’s what her daughter had to say: People are so quick to pass judgment but never really know the full story. Never uphold people in wrong no matter who they are I’m crushed but I ain’t dead so for the people that praise “her” keep right on just know that it ain’t over. You so big and bad but had to use a weapon on me in a fight that you started. You giggled on the inside because you thought I was going to jail too. ‪#‎wrong‬ I’m sick of putting up these fronts and because you took shit to another level I will too. I love all my family but I cannot take anymore abuse so I’m separating myself from it all. I pray God heals us from this but from where I sit there is no turning back cause if you ain’t wit me you against me. You so worried about to media and the press but I promise you this I will not rest until my story is heard!”

I heard Diamond was kind of disrespectful toward Angie on Divas.

I wish Angie were trending today for her incredible songwriting gifts instead of a mugshot.

This is a sad thing I feel bad for both of them. I have twin 17 y.o. daughters and they would NEVER speak to me that way.

Angie needs to ask herself how did her relationship with her daughter get to this low of a point. I'm soooo tired of seeing black women fighting each other (related or not). When are we going to learn to respect ourselves and each other

Truth....

30 year old woman with children should not be laying up on her mother. Unless Diamond has some type of physical or psychological issue(s)... this young woman should have a JOB and a home of her own. Grown ass woman living with her momma is no different than a tired ass man lliving with his momma. Something tells me this mess has been going on for some time.... both of these women are to blame. Ms. Stone should've put out of Diamond out of her house a decade ago and her daughter should have prepared herself for adulthood.


My experience, when you an adult liveswith a parent, somebody ain't worth two dead flies. And someone is an enabler...

It is also different if the child is their parent's caretaker, but that's obviously not the case.

Angie has always been messy, messy, messy. And it seems like she has been a mess as a parent with her daughter.

I don't know if she has been like that with her son, simply because she was so much older when she had him, her career was established and also, from stuff that I have read, D wanted his kid raised a certain way and let her know he wasn't having certain things go on where his child was concerned.

And also, there are much different dynamics between moms and sons than moms and daughters.
