Man, this is great! I know and love her first two albums but I couldn't get into her third album (too slow and -dare I say- a bit boring/depressed to me) and lost track of her as an artist. Definately will catch up with her later work in the coming period!

What was the logic behind making this a "bonus" track?

This should have been track #1 on the project.

I agree with you Gray..Whoever didn't get this bonus track missed out on some serious funk....This whole CD is great. The closest she's come so far to making a rock CD.

Agreed. This is my favorite album by her. It blew me away when I heard it. I've semi-liked the albums after this one, but none of them compare in just how daring, experimental and brilliant this one is.

"Soul Spaceship" is hot. My go-to tracks on that album, though, are "Sloganeer" and "Headlines." Deantoni Parks beat the heck out the skins on the former; and the groove in the final 30 seconds or so of the latter is worth the price of the album. Excellent project.

The follow-up Devil's Halo is a nice companion. In fact her catalogue chronologically from "Cookie: The Anthropological Mixtape" fits nicely with this record, though that fantasic album has a lower sound quality on handheld devices than her newer releases. "Comet Come To Me" is spellbinding.

her new stuff....her old stuff.....love it all.......this is one of her recent videos........she does her own thing and does not need to follow trends

I'd say go with the Cookie album next or the Comfort album.

"Cookie" is great...but "Comfort" is AMAZING!!!!! A soundtrack to futuristic sex and love.....(or at least that's how I hear it).
