Damn, that sucks. That must have hurt. Im not a Madonna fan, but when I saw her at the grammys I knew it was time that she move on from these huge dance acts. We all reach an age where we can't pretend to be 21 anymore.
That was a brutal fall. Even if she was just lipsynching, that was almost heroic of her to keep doing the number -- "show must go on" style, very professional, though a poor ad for health and safety.

I don't think she could carry on if her hip was badly injured, but her neck, head and back may have benn injured.
I agree that going on with the performance like she did was pretty badass. I have never questioned her character, as in work ethic, as in being a total badass when it comes to getting shit done, and I never will.

The fall had nothing to do with her age, really... The Cape didn't come off when it should have and when the dancers pulled they took her with them...
But also,same at the Grammy's without the fall, shes looking ropy during the dancing.Of course shes still very fit for her age,like prince is,but she needs to find another outlet.
