Someone has started a crowd funding page as a way to say thank you by giving some money to the creator of the amen break, a piece of music that has been sampled somewhere around 2000 times (minimum, really - I'm sure it's much more than that in reality), yet the creator(s) have never seen one single penny from its use. The recognition is well deserved. The story is starting to spread over the last couple days, thought I'd pass it on to the music loving people of the Org.
