Whether you're a brother
or whether you're a mother you're staying a live

Although I love the song I feel damn corny right about now. neutral

My favorite part of the song is this...

"Life going nowhere, somebody help me,somebody help me yeah
I'm Stayin' A--li-iii-vvve
Life going nowhere, somebody help me,somebody help me yeah
I'm Stayin Alive"

I love the way they keep repeating those lines over and over and then fading out the song with that sentiment. The 70s was a wild and crazy time and Barry's falsetto cry says it all.

I'll get slaughtered for this but I actually think it's the coolest song ever. The epitome of cool, infact!

What a timeless beauty. Those strings, those vocals, the way the beat just constantly pushes the song forward.

Marvellous work.

Did you ever hear the song "Desire" by Andy Gibb? It was a hit for him in 1980.As with most of his singles,it was written and produced by his famous brothers,so it is essentially a Bee Gees song too. It's a KICKASS song!

"You are Desire, anything you want,I'd give you right or wrong...and you are the woman that I base my whole existence on"

It's a ballad but it has a unique, percolating beat that's hard to describe.
