These songs sound the same and I hate 'em both

2014: Rixton "Me and My Broken Heart"

2005: Rob Thomas (of Matchbox 20) "Lonely No More"

I wish I could forever UN-request these from the radio, because I can't go one week without hearing Rixton, and can't go a whole month without hearing Rob Thomas' decade old crap.

I just can't believe I have to hear this stuff and we had a NEW station (format change) on at work. I had my hand on the radio's power button after hearing Rixton, then "When Doves Cry" came on.

I would honestly rather hear another spin of Taylor Swift or Meghan Trainor at this point over hearing Rixton ever again.

Rob Thomas' shit was corny enough, I didn't need a reboot!

I'd hate to work somewhere that plays the radio. Am/Fm radio sucks. Every single station. I haven't listened to free radio since 2005. I like Sirius.

I just can't figure out who would add Rob Thomas to a playlist in 2015 and be like "yeah, that's cool" or think it is relevant with listeners, let alone a Rob Thomas knock off. Who are these programmers?
