Need some help re: Artist Management Agencies

I've got a friend that's developed an app that's really beneficial to artists. I can't give away much because it hasn't rolled out yet.

What I'm looking for are management agencies that represent up-and-coming artists - the kind that need all the exposure they can get. An example of one such agency is Madison House:

http://www.madisonhouseinc.com/

Madison House represents 137 artists but none of them are (to my knowledge) break-out artists. They do well locally, though. This is the exact type of agency I'm looking for. BTW, we are working on a partnership with Madison House so I know this app is of use to artists and agencies like this.

Can anyone recommend agencies like Madison House? Artist genre does not matter. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks!

My band's management company is Cigale Entertainment. http://www.cigale-ent.com

They also collaborate on some projects with a company in Germany called SPV.

I can't get too specific yet because the app hasn't been formally rolled out. I can tell you that it will increase your live audience. Do you have a management agency you work with? That is who our clients are. We make a deal with them, and it gets exposure for all their clients, including you.

If you've got an agency, please let me know and we'll get in touch with them. Thanks!

Prince is that u? U know these folks is crazy. I'll mail you a piece of purple construction paper with a black line on it that says I'll give you 40%.

.

Asking internet strangers for business advice is probably more dangerous than asking a physically present human stranger in, say, a music shop or at a convention.
