Supposedly the Symbolic One/Toby Gad/Mozella trio. Personally I think it's one of the most annoying tracks among the leaked ones, Holy Water & S.E.X. are crap too, I am a little shocked Madonna recorded so much this time around.

Madonna Spreads Disinformation With New “Illuminati” SongDec 23rd, 2014 | VigilantCitizen Madonna’s new song called Illuminati “pokes fun at internet conspiracy theories”. She’s actually doing what mass media has been doing for years : Distorting facts to then make fun of them. In short : Disinformation. Madonna released six songs from her new album because they leaked online – something she described in an interview with The Guardian as “a form of terrorism”. Really Madonna? A form of terrorism? You can see right there how she is a mass media pawn which is hard at work in diluting the word “terrorism”. Anyways, one of these songs is called Illuminati and it is clearly inspired by Illuminati “conspiracies” circulating online. But as Grand Priestess of the music business and pawn of the elite, she needs to contribute to the ongoing disinformation effort. She is the perfect figure to “address rumors” and tell the world what they need to know. Why should any of us do extensive research and read books when Madonna can akwardly rap to us the truth about complex issues such as occult secret societies? Here are the lyrics of the song.
So the song begins with the lines :
It means that Jay-Z, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne are not in the Illuminati and that “conspiracy theorists” are idiots for believing so. That’s a classic distortion used to discredit those who attempt to explain the true function of mass media. Here’s an excerpt from an interview given by Madonna about that song:
OF COURSE Nicki Minaj is not in the Illuminati. These performers are pawns and puppets that are USED by the elite to push an agenda and specific messages. And, news flash, Madonna is part of them. Nobody actually thinks that Nicki Minaj sits in a board room with Lil Wayne plotting global policies. To imply that “conspiracy theorists” believe that is ridiculously condescending. But that’s how mass media “discredits” those who seek the truth. Madonna then “laughs at” the occult, black magic element that is associated with the Illuminati. This is strange because Madonna has been an avid practitioner of the Kabalah for years which is esoteric Judaism and the basis of most occult schools today.
The Kabalah is considered to be the source of “true magic” and is the root of all occult secret societies – in which are initiated the world elite. Madonna knows that very well, but she makes fun of this in her song. The next lines of the song “pokes fun” at pentagrams.
Really Madonna? The pentagram is an “exalted” sign in the Kabalah and is profusely used in ritualistic magic, spirit invocations and all kinds of other magical acts.
As a true Illuminati pawn, Madonna then sings the praises of the All-Seeing Eye in the chorus. She also weirdly associates the Illuminati with a “party”. Because young people love parties. So Madonna said “Illuminati and party” in the same line. That’s the kind of ridiculous association they want the masses to make in their heads.
Then Madonna tells us lowly peasants what the Illuminati truly is – dedicated enlightened scientists from the Age of Enlightenment.
In her interview with The Guardian, she explains that idea.
This is the same distorted, mass media-friendly definition of the Illuminati we find in disinformation books such as Dan Brown’s “Angels and Demons” – The Illuminati are products of the Age of Enlightenment. All credible researchers on the Bavarian Illuminati however state that its roots come from the Knights Templar who secured their knowledge from Egyptian Magic and the Kabbalah.
In my article entitled The Order of the Illuminati: Its Origins, Its Methods and Its Influence on the World Events, I explain how the Bavarian Illuminati then infiltrated Masonic lodges across Europe and fermented revolutions across the world. So no, the Illuminati cannot be simplistically summed up as “very smart people”. It is a complex group that has been shrouded in secrecy for centuries. Manly P. Hall explains how it had a powerful impact on the world and that it purposefully “disappeared” from the public view – to better accomplish its goals.
In short, Madonna’s song is about twisting facts in order to ridicule them. She then tells her listeners to stop thinking about these kinds of things and mindlessly dance at party.

it's always funny to me when a new Madonna generates controversy.Too often, people don't see the irony in her music and they miss the point completely.

Madonna Debuts Three Tracks on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs ChartBy Gordon Murr (Billboard) A trio of tracks from her upcoming 'Rebel Heart' album debut days after their arrival.Madonna catapults onto Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart with three tracks from her upcoming Rebel Heart album: "Bitch I'm Madonna" (No. 14), "Living for Love" (No. 16) and "Unapologetic Bitch" (No. 26). The songs, available for instant download upon pre-ordering the album (due March 10) or as a la carte purchases, were made available digitally in a surprise move at midnight on Friday (Dec. 19), following massive demo leaks earlier in the week. (An additional 14 demos leaked on Dec. 23.) The songs soar onto the chart, therefore, on the strength of only a partial week of sales and with only small benefits from other metrics (streaming, radio airplay and club play). The cuts mark Madonna's first entries on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, which premiered on Jan. 26, 2013. Bitch I'm Madonna," featuring Nicki Minaj, leads with sales of 12,000 downloads, according to Nielsen Music. "Living," the album's first proper single, starts with 10,000 sold and "Unapologetic," 7,000. The tracks begin on Dance/Electronic Digital Songs at Nos. 9, 12 and 14, respectively. (She notches her first top 10 on the list, which launched in January 2010.) Two versions of "Living," the album original and an instrumental, shipped to club DJs on the evening of Dec. 21. Remixes are currently in production and, once approved by Madonna, will be sent out. Madonna leads all acts with 43 Dance Club Songs No. 1s, with her most recent, "Turn Up the Radio," ruling on Sept. 8, 2012. Madonna told Billboard on Dec. 21 that "Living" went through more than 10 incarnations during the recording process, including ones with vocals from British singer MNEK. "There will be remixes with MNEK's voice," she confirmed.

Wow, even more leaks?! She must be absolutely fucking livid at this point. I feel bad for her people. "That's when stars collide. When there's space for what u want, and ur heart is open wide."

Who the hell accused Oprah and Queen Elizabeth of being associated with Illuminati?

Somebody must be holding a grudge against her as this was really unprecedented.
However, it makes no sense for her to record dozens of tracks and continuously tease them on instagram. She teamed up with Avicii TEN months ago already so some leaks were bound to happen.
Many think she should move up the album but there is no point, it's not like the leaks affect sales THAT much in this day and age, maybe she will sell 400k instead of 500k or something, but hardly a matter in the big picture, especially since I'm sure she will announce tour dates after the Grammys performance...

I truly think this song was meant to be a joke....a fun,outrageous,tongue-in-cheek song not to be taken seriously just Madonna being silly

I don't believe for one hot second that this leak was unintentional.....she's a wiley one that Madge...

Some fans feel the same way. They think that this "leak" was intentional.Madonna's manager is Guy Oseary...the same guy who manages U2 and convinced them to release their album on iTunes (to veryone) without any advance notice perhaps he also convinced Madonna to try a different marketing approach with her album? She's going to release a few more new songs in February, then release the full album in March. This is a whole new approach, but is it really because of the leaks? Or is it simply Guy's new "scheme" to promote the new album?

here's what a fan on a Madonna forum wrote...
I think this is staged... as in the album "leaked" so it has to be a rushed released a.k.a "surprise" release for the general public and just around Christmas, what a "coincidence"! The "leak" is used as a cover,so technically she didn't "copy" Beyoncé.
Well...Everything is possible. \

I don't think the leak was staged because a lot of the tracks are unfinished and in demo form not ready to be released. Madonna is a perfectionist so I don't think she would want people to hear her unfinished work like that. Also, why would she leak so much, many songs which won't make the album, including some that are kind of joke tracks. If she had planned to do this at Christmas all along, she would have already filmed a video and had remixes of Living for Love ready. Living for Love is a great song but it really needs remixes and a video to get people to be more interested in it. I think Guy and her came up with this strategy after the leak not that they leaked the songs in order to do this strategy. There's no logical reason that if they wanted to do this new strategy all along they couldn't just have done it without leaking the songs. But I like this strategy. I've always said artists should do a series of EP's rather than a full length album all at once. It's more exciting for fans to get music more often than wait forever and also gives them fewer songs so they can become more familiar with them. It works well for older artists when people are resistant to hearing new stuff because they are hung up on the older stuff. I don't believe she purposely leaked them giving her reaction to it on instagram and some of the promo videos. I've followed her for 30 years and I've always found her to be a pretty sincere straightforward person. She wouldn't lie about her demos being stolen. She isn't like that no matter what some people think.

It's actually fascinating to see how much is demo'd to get to the final product. Some of these leaks are flat-out hysterical and among the worst things she's ever cut - SEX and Body Shop, I'm looking at you. I mean, did she go into the studio in character as Rebecca Carlson? Terrible! [Edited 12/26/14 19:07pm]

I don't know what to believe, but I'm thrilled that I now have a ton of new Madonna songs to listen to I'll enjoy the demos (and the six released tracks on iTunes) for now,and then have the 'real' album to enjoy in March.I like the way everything is working out.

And it is another addition to the long list of pointless and half baked demos. Did she always have demos like this before? To me this is so weird, I always pictured her recording just a few unused songs during album sessions. Sure, we know she abandoned Shep Pettibone before teaming up with the R&B gang for Bedtime Stories, then used Babyface & Nellee Hooper before doing Ray Of Light and she recorded a lot more with William Orbit for Music before finding Mirwais, but otherwise every collaborator of hers talked about not having a lot of unused material (Stephen Bray has 2 Like A Prayer outtakes, Love Attack & First Is A Kiss, supposedly they didn't fit the mood of the album)...

I think it's a wise idea to record alot of demos. It gives her more tunes to choose from when compiling the final tracklist. If she includes songs like "Inside Out","Heartbreak City","Best Night","Messiah" and "Graffiti Heart",this will be her strongest album since ROL.I'm very excited about this album/era.

I agree! I read that some artists record up to 100 songs for an album and pick the best ones. I've always wondered why she didn't record more. It feels like she's really committed this time. I love Graffiti Heart. I just love that whole early 80's period with Keith Haring and Basquiat. It was such an influence on her. That has to be on the album. I also really love the demo Beautiful Scars. I want Grafitti Heart and Beautiful Scars. The rest of the tracks I'm okay with whatever!

Two Steps Behind Me leaked as well, thankfully Guy Oseary confirmed it won't be on the album as it's quite embarrassing!
I don't see how recording several dozens of song equals "being committed", in fact it's the opposite to that since it shows there is no direction but the pressure that she has to record an album since she had signed an outdated contract with Interscope. Plus she has used more songwriters for this project than ever so most likely a lot of songs hasn't been written by her, she just took them and elaborated on them, you don't use the songwriters of Fergie, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and Beyonce if you want to start from scratch.
As for Guy Oseary's tweets (you can read them all on Madonna Rama), some interesting but contradicting stuff, he says the double album concept was abandoned due to the leaks and that the original release date was late April, not sure how that makes sense if she has to abandon most of the leaked songs and won't be using them, would that really make a difference if it was early March vs late April? Did she have to record a full album worth of material due to the leaks that have NOTHING to do with the original concept? Time will tell...

Madonna always records alot of demos for every album she does. This is nothing new for her.I think it's a smart strategy...record a bunch of songs, then when it's time to compile the album, you got alot of different songs to choose from. Not sure why you're obsessing over a recording strategy that she's been doing for years. In any case, fans shouldn't be too concerned about what doesn't make the album. The whole point of making a "demo" is to test a song out and see if it works or not.If it works,it will make the album. If it doesn't work,it will remain in the vault.Just wait patiently for the 19-track album to arrive in March. In the meantime, you got the 6 songs from iTunes to enjoy.
