I recently ordered the Donna Summer box set of her 80s albums.It should arrive this week,can't wait!

Did you order the CD or vinyl set? I'm itching to buy the 'Rainbow' and 'Mistaken' LPs (and maybe 'Systems'; the original CD and vinyl sound flat and dull) but i'll wait until I read some reviews about the sound quality.

It's long past time that the Live and More concerts were released on video if quality films of these exist. I sure wasn't happy when I rushed out and bought a CD of the Live and More album...only to find that it was butchered and did not include all the songs from the original record set that I owned.

I know what you mean.That's the late-80s pressing.It removed the entire 'MacArthur Park Suite' (!!) and replaced it with 'Theme From The Deep' which was never on the original album Thankfully,there is a Japanese remaster that features the entire album tracklist.

I'm gonna have to find that. I was really really pissed when I found out how butchered the CD was... I wanted my son to hear Donna perform MacArthur Park when he started playing it in band...and I had to track down the MacArthur Park Suite on The Dance Collection CD. Glad I have that in my collection.
