What about The Isley's?? They may not count though since Ronnie did the majority of the vocals.
Love the Dells, especially their late 70s/early 80s stuff!
But...The Stylistics are where it's at! "Keep in mind that I'm an artist...and I'm sensitive about my shit."--E. Badu

i'm sorry but The Dramatics make such a list IMO (Ron Banks and LJ Reynolds were an awesome 1-2 punch) and it seems like this list goes back to forever ago, but from recent history, I think Boyz II Men deserve some consideration too. They really did/do have three "lead" singers

WOW, really?
I love the Stylistics. They are incredibly underrated. They are definitly one of the best.

I wanted The Coasters in, so somebody had to leave! And I prefer my soul music a little rough.

It's all subjective of course, but I'm a sucker for falsetto male singers, as opposed to, say, raspy voiced singers (like kci and Jojo).. So in no particular order : - the Manhattans - enchantment - playa (underrated contemporary act, I think they had a distinct style in singing) - the temptations - boyz II men - the stylistics - the o jays - the stylistics - the impressions - Harold Melvin and the blue notes - earth wind and fire (if that counts?) Everybody is somebody, but nobody wants to be themselves.

I know i'm not the only one! With the exception of The Temptations, i can't tell seperate any of those groups' songs from the other. And I love these songs! Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
