What Happened To The Unreleased Mary Jane Girls Album? Does anyone know what's going on with the unreleased Mary Jane Girls album that Universal lied about, saying they were going to release it digitally by the end of the summer of 2014??? maybe there really isn't a full,completed MJG album in the vaults...a few tracks,maybe..I noticed on their facebook page,other fans have been asking about it,too | |

According to the Rick James book Glow, Motown was trying to steal MJG from Rick that's why that project was delayed. Maybe the estate changed their mind Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman | |

I gave up on this awhile ago, I knew something was up when it wasnt part of the reissued stuff, its not like the MJG's are still a group putting out music so why the delay again, not coming out is the only answer.
