It's interesting that,in their heyday,the Commodores (a first-rate funk band) were getting more attention for their ballads.This particular album is known primarily for "Sail On" and "Still",two Lionel Richie-led ballads.Excellent songs,mind you,but it's a shame that the funk jams on this album didn't get the same attention. |
