Hey Cinny & Ellie, if you want the song (Uptown Funk) you can get it at Itunes or Amazon, but as for the whole album, yeah gotta wait till January. I definitely will be checking it out!

I've tried, but UK iTunes only has it as a pre-order for January.

Why not just rip it for now and then buy it in January?

Oh yeah the choreography is TERRIFIC! Cant wait to see how they will do it on SNL this Saturday. No doubt Bruno had a hand in choreographing it but I see that a member of the Jabbawockeez also helped with the choreo, and he was in the video too:

I dont think everyone would hate it of Prince had released it. People would like it and I think folks would be jamming to it and be happy about him returning to his funk roots.

I'm ready for these skits to be over with so that we can get to the music! LOL!

Once again Bruno showed that he is one of the best live performers (if not the best) out today! Another flawless performance!

Other thoughts:

-Some of the notes he hit sounded like MJ (he cant really help that his voice is similar to MJ's at times)

-Kinda wish Jamareo was out in the front instead of in the back. It's always fun to see him jumping around and jamming on that bass with that big ol brite smile of his, having the time of his life

-Interesting to see other horn players playing with them up on the stage. I guess cuz Kam (who plays the trombone) and James (who plays the trumpet) were in the front singing and dancing, that just left Dwayne the saxophonist in the back (guess he's not much of dancer??) with the other guest horn players.

-Was kinda surprised to see Bruno wearing the exact same outfit he wore in the music video, would've thought he would wear something different or at least slightly different. But he looks good in pink. Come to think of it, I think they all may have been wearing the same outfits they wore in the video? I wonder if Bruno tells them what to wear for each performance?

-I really liked the funky dancing they were doing towards the end of Uptown Funk. And Phredley still be lookin like Marlon Jackson lol.


-The 2nd song w/Mystical (cant recall the name atm) Bruno got to show off his backup singer skills lol. If I'm not mistaken he co-produced this song as well, but he doesnt really sing on it, just does a few shout-outs. Pretty sure he directed the choreography on that performance.



Overall, the only highlight of this whole SNL episode was seeing Bruno and the band get down with the funk jams on stage. Was not impressed with any of these skits. Didnt SNL used to be funny?
