The album itself is great, not only because all the songs are funky and smooth, but the "situation" continues on a dialogued second part, with the beat in the background.

Katie Kinisky: "So What Are The Latest Dances, Nell?"

Always thought Roger Troutman and Sugarfoot ripped this tune off a bit when they did "I'm Your Sugar".

Cool. I just sent my uncle a bunch of Mtume. Me, the Fellas and the girls that we were with at the time (the 80's) had plenty of fun nights jammin to U, M & H, and Mtume in general.



Oh how i miss the 80's...

I have all the Mtume albums onn vinyl only, somehow I never got around to buying the CDs, though I think most are still available. maybe christmas

indeed a gem. it had James Mtume all over the place writing and producing, Reggie Lucas was not invovled anymore I think
