LaToya Jackson and her manager are accused of defrauding a man out of $100K and being untruthful about the investment going into a comeback album when in reality there was never any such project. theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned that on September 5th, a man named Kevin Fitzpatrick filed a federal lawsuit against LaToya Jackson and her manager Jeffre Phillips (who appears with LaToya on her OWN reality show, Life With La Toya).

The man explains that back in 2005, he entered into a agreement with Jackson and Phillips to invest $100K into a LaToya Jackson album titled “Startin Over“. The deal stated the man would recoup his money, then they would split the profits 50/50 from all sales.

Yup YUP! BUT...she's very cute and has a goofy, childlike appeal that people seem 2 enjoy. I still find her 2b a bit off tho. :-O

Agreed, she really just doesnt have a voice for singing. It's too high pitched and uh....unique I think her voice has this natural cartoon-ish quality to it and she would make a good cartoon voice actor.

La Toya was the true innovator and star among her siblings... she had her nipple out on an album cover almost a decade before Janet did it on a stage. There was also a massive deterioration in Michael's album sales from Thriller (which featured La Toya on P.Y.T.) and Bad. Throw in the massive smash We Are The World and her Grammys, and it's clear that she's a huge legend in the business.

Or something like that, I just fancy writing the liner notes for that album.
