I looked it up on WhoSampled, and I decided to pick the following tune that was released in '09, instead of the 2 that came out in '87 (the year 'Showing Out' itself was released):

I don't think anyone has sampled Lloyd Price's version of "Stagger Lee". Closest I could find was The Clash referencing Stagger Lee in this song:

I was born on March 23, 1972 and this fine tune was no#1 in America, queue more irony.
