He seems like a pretty benign and harmless character by hollywood standards. I don't get this whole deal of having to act out all the time or be edgy or controversial to be liked or acknowledged these days.

I've been so caught up with the crap in Ferguson, MO and that ISIS stuff in Iraq that I missed the big news under my nose. I've got some mixed feelings about this, because I love this woman so much yet Nick seems like a nice guy, even if he is a bit corny. Having said that, they have an 11 year age difference, and I'm sure this probably has something to do with their marital strife. She's probably pissed off at him not spending more time at home with the family, yet he's trying to get his own career blowing up. Nick's been having success with his radio show, his DJ gigs, and his hosting spot on America's Got Talent,Wildin Out but Mariah's career has hit a pothole, with her much delayed album tanking after some bad lead-off singles and her disastrous stint on American Idol. I wouldn't be surprised if Mariah got extremely jealous of Nick and actually drove him away. It's really sad, though, because they have such young children.

I was hearing murmurs that Nick was not pleased at the way Mariah kind of let herself go and didn't seem to realize that she could no longer dress like a 20 year old. The problem seems to be that he would tell her so without being particularly diplomatic about it.
She's still very pretty but I'm hearing that he wanted her to project a more classy image now that she's older.

And you know what? She could actually pull it off. A new classy look for her would probably put her on the map again but instead, she keeps dressing like she's 21.
