any thoughts?

I'll give it a listen. I saw him play live opening for Alice Cooper a couple years ago and really enjoyed it. The new songs at that time were pretty much in character with his KISS-era solo album, kind of glam-pop with laid-back vocals and big, sugary choruses. And lots of Ace-style guitar solos of course. I'll see him again if he comes around again.

One funny touch from that show was, all the band members had the Ace makeup on - and he didn't.
