If you're not familiar with this guy, check out his soundcloud and vimeo channels. All the music you see there is produced and performed by him, by ear. He has some original material but mostly does intrumental covers of other artists, never charging for them in any way. They are fantastic. IMO this guy cares about the music and really knows what he's doing. (eg. here's his cover of 1999)

However, the videos presented on these accounts are only a portion of the work he's done. Why, you ask? Well... his youtube channel was shut down in 2013 (he has a new one located here but it's only his own material). I'm fairly sure it had something to do with Prince cause he covered 1999 and purple rain. Shortly after, they were taken down due to notices from 'Controversy Music'. Prior to that he'd had many covers of different artists without any issues whatsoever. Prince needs to stop this idiocy which is hurting the chances of people being exposed to his music, and also destroying other people's work.
