With a vocal performance like this, will Ariana Grande find herself in the career trajectory of once- Mariah replacement Christina?

Isn't it sweet that the disco/Chic sound is coming back? Haven't grooved to a Mariah tune in a good while. Jermaine Dupri produced this track? Wale has a nice flow but he sounds so extra here, should have been a guitar solo and some vocal play. Maybe some intuitive house DJ/producer will drop an extended with some solos. The autotune kinda slaps ya at points. Is there a version without the rap?
