Wendy Williams?

Wow! how fucking exciting. Is Aaliyah going ot be fullof gossip? and get plastic surgery half way through? is half the movie going to be about her relationship with R Kulla? since Wendy only knows gossip and plastic surgery.

And we all know how lifetime quality acting is...

As much as I adore Aaliyah! I do adore her. I hate to say it . But Wendy is perfect! She will get the TRUTH out. No sugar coating. The actress doesn't look like her, but has the dimples. We will see. I have followed Aaliyah's career closely. So I will be critiquing every scene very closely.

The movie suppose to be done by summer & out by fall, THIS YEAR!!!

Remember folks Wendy is the Executive Producer...That means she holds the purse and determines how much Money is put into the making of the story...And yes she has some say in the casting and the over-all telling of the story even though most Executive Producers let the people hired for specific jobs do what they were hired to do....Wendy is "Messy" so she'll def wear many hats with the Production. I agree with KCool, she's the perfect person to be the Godmother of Aaliya's story cuz Wendy is likely to tell the Bloody truth..She can be a Messy Woman and she'll research Shit and put people bizness out there but she's probably the right one for the job.

Maybe I should start a new thread for this question but does anyone know exactly how Wendy gets her information? It seems like there are some celebs who go out of their way NOT to be on her show (Prince I'm sure has declined). But, it seems that she's got some kind of voodoo or something over Hollywood because people either like her or really despise her, A LOT! I agree with the person who said that she's probably going to run R Kelly through the wringer.

Wendy use to be the top DJ in NYC. How she became the top DJ? It was by finding out dirt on every black entertainer she could think of! Its the reason peeps feared her. Also the reason why I don't like her!

She had peeps spy on them, then she would tell all their "dirty" secrets ON THE AIR! Her favorite topic, was men on the dl. She outted every male & female black entertainer she found out about.

She tried to ruin & out P Diddy! He had her fired! She became well known, after her now famous radio interview with Whitney Houston. When she was the only one at the time, brave enough to confront Whitney on her "alleged" drug use. Whitney cussed her out on the air!

When her talk show first came on the air. Hardly any black entertainers wanted to go on there. I didn't think it would last. But ratings were solid. Now she is a multi entertainment mogul. I give her credit. Its her time now like told her.

How does Wendy get her information? Easy question, easy anser...She has GREAT Producers that always know a friend of a friend. Nothing in Gollywood is Secret but if you don't hang in the right circles you won't get the 411 on Shit. She had great Producers with her old radio show and her Team grew when she went into Television. If you have a Producer willing to sleep on a Hotel floor to get a picture or talk to anybody and their Mama then your Job as a Gossip Queen is so much easier...Wendy has broken a few high profile events on her show that even the Guests didnt know were about to happen...She told Susan Lucci that she heard a Rumor at ABC that her show and another Soap were going to be canceled...Susan claimed that that was news to her and it was indeed a rumor. According to Susan, a week later she was summoned to the ABC Daytime Executive Producers Office and was the first cast member to be told the news.....Whenever you hear Wendy tell a Guest that she heard a "Rumor" about something it tends to be a done deal...

Bingo...And that's the plain truth right there..When OL'girl was in radio I first heard about her on the Chaka Khan message board. The members on that board always called her a "Frog Face" or some kind of name...LOL...She was big in New York...I was like "who is this woman?"...Then I saw her VH1 interview/Celeb show...It was alright but mainly forgettable....Then my city picked up her show and I listened to 10min of her and it wasnt enough to make me wanna listen daily....Then she went to television and i tuned in during season 2 or 3 I think...She's definitely NOT Mighty Oprah and that's the Secret to her show's success...She's the opposite of Oprah and you either want to be Entertained in a Messy way or you don't watch her at all...She's very Funny, engaging, on the Ghetto side and appears to be comfortable in her own skin. Her Television persona changed my My attitude about her. I like her and I think she's got what it takes to stick around until she's ready to go...No one in Daytime Talk can be Messy & Likeable better than her..She's very unique...

Messy and likable just about sums it up, LOL. And you're right, usually when she airs it out that means it's probably true. I saw something on her TV show today that I had heard a few weeks ago and dismissed it as gossip---but when I saw it on Wendy then it made me think perhaps the rumor was true! I guess Wendy moves in mysterious ways, LOL

I dunno, I don't think Mase is on the DL but I think Diddy always has been. Haven't you guys heard this from other sources besides Wendy? I've heard that rumor about Diddy forever it seems.

That is one person I doubt will EVER go on her show! But then it shocked me! When Whoopi Goldberg went on there, after YEARS & YEARS of Wendy saying how UGLY she was and how she looked like a monkey on her radio show!

inviting her to dinner was a shocked to me also. Because she has said some HORRIBLE things about him for YEARS & NEVER liked him. Now she has shut her mouth up! Some peeps you have to treat with kindness when their so evil to you. I've learned that dealing with the constant HATE thrown and said about me HERE. Its part of being famous and envied. You just expect it & move on.. So HATERS hate on. I love U!!
