I really like that first one, the Tinashe song. I'm cool with '2AM' as background music. I thoroughly dislike 'Loyal' and everything it represents. I'm not a big Jhené fan, but that song you posted is nice. I like the minimal production on it.

I dunno, I'm only 27 and I already feel so out of touch with modern urban music. Right before I clicked on this thread, I was listening to the Top 100 R&B and hip-hop of 1996, and I think I was on some Total song, and then I clicked on your embedded videos and it was a complete musical mood whiplash.

I'm only 31 and I've felt out of touch for a while. I didn't even bother watching the BET Awards because I don't even know who most of the acts are! And the majority sound horrible anyway. I can get with with Miguel's music but that's about it. I primarily listen to satellite radio these days as opposed to regular radio. I believe that Sirius XM has a 90's R&B station online and if so, I'm definitely going to check it out because listening to that would be close to heaven for me.
