Y'all are not gonna know this song... or understand it for that matter... It's an old Dutch 80s pop song called 'België' ('Belgium'), which is basically about the lead singer not knowing what country he'd like to move to, weighing the pros and the cons (well, mostly cons), before he considers moving to Belgium, which he feels is the most comfortable place to live. I know it sounds silly, but I think it's a nice song.
