It's a great pop song (particually considering the deluge of awful EDM tracks) and a video could of taken it to the top, but that video looks awful. Infact, most of her video's are all ridiculously flamboyant and tasteless style over content affairs, and that shit grew old in her "fame" era, let alone now.

"Edge of glory" was simple and remains one of the few videos of hers I actually like.

"Artpop" wasn't a bad album but her general OTT image has seemed to of caused inadvertant fatigue to her music and the album has probably suffered from it. A shame she tries so hard on her image and not on promoting good pop music.
