I'm tellin' 'em in the Prince forum that Jack White is better than Prince and they don't believe me.

Jack made his albums on his own and all of them ARE masterpieces, none of the material I heard from Jack is generic or too watered down, he's so well surrounded & musically educated IMO, his musical background is def a reason of his brilliance.

That bass line is lifted, excuse me, interpolated from something else.
