She's goofy. It is OBVIOUSLY satire. A 'serious new article' doesn't describe blow-by-blows of a fight, especially in terms of a 'Mayweather-esque right followed by a left' or however the hell they did it.

The judge will throw this nonsense out and it's going to end up doing nothing by costing HER filing and attorney fees.
