That crowd didn't deserve it. I understand it may not have been his base audience but damn. It was nice to see an emcee rock the stage with a smile while obviously enjoying himself. I think the most I appreciated about his performance was the clarity in his delivery. Usually the downfall for a rap performance would be indistinguishable lyrics. Not the case here. He sounded like his records only with more personality.

The albums 20 years old he's slept since then To be fair, I think the promter is there more for the people joining him too, and the DJ when they say the odd word or two in the songs.
