Here's the original version of "Slave To The Rhythm" produced by LA Reid and Babyface.
Three words. ABSOLUTELY FUCKING FANTASTIC.

I can confirm that it has leaked. I'm downloading it right now, apparently the source of the leak is from a CD copy that got out early so it should be in pretty good quality. Purple is the color of my heart,

Chicago is different than Damien discribed on his site.... Not the rock version, this really is the demo .. i hope the Cory Rooney mix gets out there one day

Blue Gangsta sounds like a mess. Too much going on

As I expected, Xscape is the track. Jerkins did a great job.

Xscape 2014 version. | |

Just heard the Loving You demo. I am convinced, that track should've made the BAD album. It should've replaced Just Good Friends and could've been a duet with Stevie. Just proves gems in the vault do exist.

Of course they do. I've been impressed by a lot of his demos though to be honest. This album benefits from being played out loud. I've only played it over my laptop speakers up til now, well shit, there's a big difference.
Can't wait for the real deal on the 13th now!

Dont think the blue gangster mix is too bad, i dont like the song too much anyway. Im really disapointed in chicago because it ws discribed as a rock song and the version we got really is a demo... but still better than the Timbo version
Both the TImbo as og version of DYKWYCA sound ,..... weird
Loving you is nearly the same and i love it. Cant believe they didnt put the song they discribed on Xscape.
APWNN the one that we know original i like it.
Gee ... im about to say i like Best of joy, hollywood, much too soon, and another day better...

Xscape should be released as the next single.

Now all we need is 'Hot Fun in the Summertime' to leak.

Loving You demo has hints of IJCSLY.

Nothing wrong with 'Best of Joy' or 'Much Too Soon'. Just saying.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
No i like them. But i had high hopes but Timbo flushed it down the toilet ....Real disapointed of the version of chicago, not the rock version ala DS, Morphine

I get you. No Rock there.
Anyway the demos have joined the Bad25/Ultimate collection/History/Thriller/OTW/Dangerous demos/unreleased playlist.
Alongside all the unreleased Motown stuff that's come out the pipe post-2009, Michael Jackson's vault is getting really impressive. At least it's gradually getting out there officially as well. [Edited 5/8/14 10:49am]

stil preferer this OG version of Chicago instead of timbalands version though. And im pretty sure the Cory Rooney version gets out there one day in one form ( official) or leak.
I like how Xscape doenst have that cliche prison sound anymore and the addded horn and different mix. I like it. BG is not too much different like Chicago. Loving you is good decent but its still nothing like Earthsong or Stranger in moscow

Love Never Felt So Good is performing well on iTunes.
Currently #7 in the USA.

There must be unreleased/demo stuff we've not heard about from the Jacksons 76-84 period too. I want those songs.
I thought the Freddie Mercury stuff was getting polished up and released too.

The album's overall sound skews too far towards techno for my liking. I was hoping it would have the R&B vibe of the first three tracks previewed (four if you count the remix). But I do like that the album has a cohesive sound, and I like Jerkin's updated version of Xscape.

Just listened to "DYKWYCA - Original" first and then 15 seconds of the "modernized" version. One word: Why? Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
all the "hee-hee's" and "owws"?
It's like a terrible fan remix. Much prefer the version that leaked a couple of years back over the new version. The demo is good though.

And the Another Day leaked version that came out before the Michael album was better. What's the deal with these leaked versions that sound better? Who are making these versions?
