I usually post to sing praises about posted videos by artists, and I'm not too big on posting more critical stuff, but... I'm not really into Aiko's output, and I haven't been feeling her live performances.

Maybe it needs to grow on me a little bit? I've enjoyed songs by singers who are far worse vocalists than Jhené. Maybe if it comes on the radio a bit more, I'll warm up to it. It's just funny, because I'm always looking for new urban music, and any new stuff with artists making it big is fine with me, it's just that I hear everyone around me really loving 'The Worst', and I'm like 'what's the big fuss'?

I'm not impressed.

The secret is to play it loud through a good system, if people even buy those anymore. But I've also always been a sucker for smooth. And when I first heard it I though it was Amina "Buddafly" from "Love and Hip Hop".
